Foundation Systems’ Contractor Care Program is designed to assist you, the Contractor, with any and all questions related to your employment.  Although you will be working at the office of a prominent Fortune 1000 client, you will be a W-2 employee of Foundation Systems. 

Once hired, Foundation will send you a simple step-by-step guide to assist you with the employment forms to be completed.  These forms may include client-specific documents, as well as federal and state-mandated documents. 
 
Your support team at Foundation Systems consists of an HR Manager, Payroll Representative and Personal Account Manager.  Topics fielded by your Foundation Support Team may include:

  • Timesheets & Client-approved Expenses
  • Pay and Direct Deposit
  • Workplace Health and Safety
  • Employee Benefits

Topics fielded by the end-client may include:

  • Job Tasks, Duties and Expectations
  • Job Performance
  • Timesheet and Expense Approval
